The World’s longest Bubbly Bar – Canberra’s Centenary celebrations – 11th March 2013.
Crawford’s supplied 2 kitchens which served over 4000 meals between 3pm and 8pm on the day.
The Kitchens were positioned on the roadway behind the tables, for easy access and each contained 6 chefs and dish washing staff.
